Shipping
Your orders are processed usually within 3-7 business days, depending on the availability of the items ordered. We will work extended hours during the holiday season and make every effort to ship your orders on time. All products are individually wrapped in craft tissue paper.
IMPORTANT: If you request overnight delivery or any other type of expedited shipping, we will email you the exact shipping cost .
In case your order cannot be completed as requested, you will be notified by email.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive a damaged item(s) with your order we will replace it with an identical product(s). We will also refund you the original shipping cost. To avoid unnecessary returns please, contact us as soon as possible at cust-service@natures-shop.com .
Refunds will be made in the form of payment you have made to us.
Please allow 15 days for us to receive and process your return.
